An Instant Business Idea

Every now and then something comes along which makes the entire internet industry stand up and take note.

In this article I'm going to reveal you the new craze of cashing in on Virtual Property by turning information you can get for nothing into five figures or more in a few months.

And before you panic don't worry there's nothing to buy.

This is just one hell of a crazy and profitable idea I had to share with you.

What this involves is grabbing ready made products from the public domain, which means the copyright has expired or the product never had copyright in the first place, and "flipping" that product as a ready made web site.

People pay big bucks for web sites and in this time of global recession people are desperate for a new income stream.

Provide them with it and make a killing.

Here are the simple steps to making a killing from Virtual Property:

Step 1
Go to sites like www.gutenberg.org and download ten of the books from there. These are in the public domain so you can do what you please with them.

Step 2
Create simple web sites for each of them that sell the book. Hardly anyone knows about the public domain and people will be willing to spend money on these books.

Go into your local bookstores and look for Charles Dickens, William Shakespeare, Emily Bronte etc. These are all books in the public domain and that's why so many different publishing companies can publish them.

If you don't know how to create a web site go to You Tube and search for "how to build a web site".

Step 3
Once you have the web sites all finished, it should take you a day or so these only need to be basic web sites.

Go to Clickbank or PayDotCom and get accounts there. It won't cost you anything.

Step 4
Set up a web site that sells five hundred of these turn key businesses for $197.

This is a proven price point for a turnkey business such as this. Set up your own affiliate program using either

Clickbank or PayDotCom

This is so people who want to promote your site can sign up as an affiliate and promote.

If they make a sale you then pay them a commission on what they have sold.

I recommend you pay sixty percent to anyone who sends you a visitor who buys the business package.

Step 5
Go to Google and type in things like "online business ezine" and "internet marketing ezine". The results you will find are of people who have online email newsletters of people interested in earning their crust online.

In other words people who are desperate for the kind of turnkey Virtual Property you are selling.

Step 6
Search through the results and look for a "contact" or "support" web page. Email the owner of the ezine (email newsletter) and try to set up a joint venture.
